Reference Guide - Total Body Balancing; TBB2: Advanced Supine & Prone Techniques

Total Body Balancing (TBB) is an evaluation and 5-phase treatment approach that treats the body as a whole. TBB uses long levers and rhythmic mobilization to release tension in the muscles, fascia, joints, and ligaments. The use of long levers maximizes effect with less effort on behalf of the practitioner. This long lever rhythmic mobilization influences all systems of the body, including the cranial, visceral, lymphatic, myofascial, and musculoskeletal systems.
