SomatoEmotional Release 2 (SER2)
Intention, Inner Physician and Dialogue - Deepening Principles and Practice of Upledger CranioSacral TherapyPrerequisite: SomatoEmotional Release 1 (SER1); and typically a period of a minimum of a few/several months of practice using the SER techniques. Having practiced giving and receiving SER techniques during this time frame will help ensure that you are prepared to add information to this foundation, and provide maximum learning potential from attending SER2.
Abdomen 1 (VM1)
Assessment of Structural Relationships between Viscera, and their Fascial or Ligamentous Attachments to the Musculoskeletal System(Corresponds to former VM1A.) Prerequisite: This course is intended for licensed or certified healthcare professionals, or for students nearing completion in their studies to become a healthcare professional, with palpation skills and experience as well as anatomical knowledge. Upon registration you will receive a list of anatomical terms and structures to review in advance of the course to help you achieve maximum benefit from attending.

Full Range of CranioSacral Therapy Tools for Supporting Gentle Trauma ResolutionPrerequisite: CranioSacral Therapy 2 (CS2) in-person class or equivalent; and reviewing, assimilating and applying what was presented in CS2. This course is intended for licensed or certified healthcare professionals.

Advanced CranioSacral Therapy
ADV1 Prerequisite: SomatoEmotional Release 2 (SER2); as well as being ready/able to do deep introspective work and be comfortable giving and receiving SomatoEmotional Release. While each person's experience is unique, typically a span of practice of several months after attending SER2 will enhance your ADV experience.
We also recommend you have given 25 SER sessions, have a competent skillset of 10 step protocol and avenue of expression and have received ongoing CST/SER therapy prior to the class. Coming into the class being prepared and ready to address significant issues creates a more efficient therapeutic experience. Attending additional workshops such as SER Techniques: Mastering the Inner Physician (SERTIP), Clinical Application Programs (CASR), The Brain Speaks (TBS) or other courses in the CST curriculum helps you gain even more experience to bring into the ADV program. SER study groups are also recommended to broaden your experience.

In-Person Classes and Virtual Options
Prerequisite: Professional healthcare practitioner, healthcare student or graduate awaiting licensure/accreditation. Due to the fact that this course is working with the sensitivity of the nervous system, it is highly recommended, but not required, that you take the VM1 class before attending NM1. Experience with sensitive, light-touch palpation can also be attained from attending CS1.
CranioSacral Therapy 1 (CS1)
Assessment of Central Nervous System and Fascia for Full Body Treatment ProtocolPREREQUISITE TO ATTEND COURSE Professional healthcare practitioner, student in healthcare program or graduate awaiting licensure/accreditation with light-touch palpation experience. Healthcare practitioners living in a state/province not requiring a healthcare hands-on license to practice CST, the following minimum study is required: ~80 hours Anatomy/Physiology & 15 hours Pathology. Available home study, Upledger Health Science Essentials via London (Ontario) College of Osteopathy. ~3 hours ethics, such as Ethics in Action, or other accredited organization program.
