DVD - Home Study Program-Total Body Balancing; TBB2: Advanced Supine & Prone Techniques
Total Body Balancing (TBB) is an evaluation and 5-phase treatment approach that treats the body as a whole. TBB uses long levers and rhythmic mobilization to release tension in the muscles, fascia, joints, and ligaments. The use of long levers maximizes effect with less effort on behalf of the practitioner. This long lever rhythmic mobilization influences all systems of the body, including the cranial, visceral, lymphatic, myofascial, and musculoskeletal systems.
The TBB2 Home Study Program is a continuation of the TBB1. The DVD allows you to view the entire full body TBB treatment from beginning to end in the prone or supine position. A supplemental Study Guide assists the therapist in learning the work.
You are also able to view each individual advanced technique for the foot, ankle, knee, hip, pelvis, sacro-iliac joint, lumbar spine, thoracic spine, rib cage, cervical spine, shoulder, elbow, wrist and abdominal region in both the supine and prone positions.
This Home Study Program outlines and reviews the principles and practice of Total Body Balancing. TBB uses long levers and rhythmic mobilization to influence the visceral, craniosacral, myofascial and the musculoskeletal systems. TBB will also improve the flow of nerves, arteries, veins, lymphatics and energy to, within, and from every organ and body part. This results in improved health and homeostasis.
An excellent way to learn the Fundamentals of Total Body Balancing. Companion Home Study Programs also available for TBB1, TBB3 and TBB Evaluation.
