CCPB1: CranioSacral Applications for Conception, Pregnancy and Birthing 1

Description:
Our CranioSacral Applications for Conception, Pregnancy and Birthing 1 (CCPB1) class will teach you how to incorporate CST into the birth process. You'll be helping people through their pregnancy and you'll also be helping to give babies the best possible opportunity to begin their lives free of restriction. The class will include a mix of demonstration patients, props and biological slides designed to give you a thorough understanding of anatomy and palpation on many different levels.
Advance Preparation:
To help you prepare and derive maximum benefit from the program, we recommend you read A Brain is Born by John. E. Upledger. DO, OMM, available at http://shop.iahe.com/Product-List/Textbooks/A-Brain-is-Born.
On the third and fourth days, you are requested to refer candidates for treatment demonstrations and/or class practicum upon which you can practice the demonstrated techniques under supervision. We're looking for expectant mothers in their second or third trimester or a woman who is trying to get pregnant and newborns who are 6 months of age or less (and their mothers).
The women and newborns are typically provided solely by you and your classmates, and often receive immeasurable benefits from attending. Unfortunately, if participants are unable to provide a sufficient number of candidates, the educational quality of the seminar may be impacted.
