TBB Core-Pak consists of live seminar and home study materials. Live Seminar registration fees are fully transferable or refundable, up to 30 days before the start date of your registered class. Core-Pak cancellation causes you to be responsible for the standard pricing for the class and for any open Home Study package. Open packages are not returnable. Any unopened printed components of the Home Study program materials may be returnable and refundable up to 60 days after shipment. Partial returns on printed materials after 60 days are subject to a 30% restocking fee of the retail cost. No returns are allowed 180 days after shipment.
