In Motion: Animated Exploration of the CranioSacral Rhythm - 2nd Edition
This Second Edition of In Motion was created by Upledger Institute Instructor and Certified CranioSacral Therapist, Tad Wanveer LMBT, CST-D. Feeling the body move in synchrony with the craniosacral rhythm is the foundation of Upledger CranioSacral Therapy. The intention of In Motion is to show how the craniosacral system, different body parts, and the body as a whole move in synchrony with the craniosacral rhythm. Movement is the focus of the videos; therefore, text is to a minimum.
Unique opportunity to view what you are feeling!
In Motion is a collection of 95 short animations that are organized into sections showing the craniosacral rhythmic motion of the:
- whole body
- pressurestat and traube-hering-mayer models
- craniosacral system
- dural tube
- venous sinus system
- brain and spinal cord
- transverse diaphragms
- sphenobasilar lesion patterns
- neutral zone.
A handout is included that shows each Section with Time Stamps, so you can easily go to the animation you would like to review.
