New Online Video Access

To improve the quality and performance of our online videos, we have changed our video viewing platform. The new platform not only offers better quality, but it also offers a much easier process to access your videos. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you during our transition to the new platform.

To view your previously purchased videos, visit iahe.vids.io and use your NEW login credentials. If you have not received your NEW login credentials for the new viewing platform, please contact Debbie Silverman at debbie.silverman@iahe.com.

If you have already received your new login credentials, but do not see your previously purchased videos on the new platform, please contact Debbie Silverman at debbie.silverman@iahe.com.

To purchase new online videos, click here.  After you purchase an online video program, you will be granted access to our viewing platform once your purchase is approved.  The approval process is necessary to verify if you possess the necessary pre-requisites for the video you purchase.  The approval process will be completed within one business day after your purchase.  

Upon approval, access to your purchased video program will be granted and we will email you the instructions and your login credentials, unless you already have access from a previous purchase.  

If you have already accessed our viewing platform, your approved video purchase will automatically be added to your account and be ready for viewing within one business day after your purchase.
