CTTB1: CranioSacral Therapy Touching The Brain 1: Stimulating Self-Correction Through The Glial Interface
CTTB1 October 23-26, 2025 Boston, Massachusetts
Teacher/Presenter:
Description:
Glial cells are major regulators of nervous system development, structure and function. They are involved in all aspects of nervous system health and pathology. The craniosacral system connects directly to the glial cell matrix of the brain and spinal cord. This connection is a powerful route by which you can use CranioSacral Therapy glial technique to improve nervous system structure, function, healing and health. Additionally, numerous structures and processes covered in class relate to neuropathology caused by SARS-CoV-2 infection.
In this course you will investigate glial cell types and function, encourage healing of nervous system disorders, stimulate optimal nervous system health by using CST glial techniques and enhance, enrich and refine your CST palpation and treatment skills.
Advance Preparation:
Required reading: Brain Stars, by Tad Wanveer.
To complement the material that you will be learning at the course, Tad Wanveer suggests that you read The Other Brain, by R. Douglas Fields.
Both are available through Upledger's shopping cart, www.iahe.com.
Also, we have a short introductory video that is very informative and enjoyable. We encourage you to review in advance of the program. https://www.upledger.com/lp/intro-cttb1.php
