Your contact information may also be provided to sponsors or faculty of our courses for purposes of course management. We may be asked by our faculty or our international affiliate offices to verify the courses you have completed. Our international affiliate offices also comply with GPDR standards.

All data we collect is stored in a secure place or on our computer systems that are password protected (along with other levels of electronic security). We want to assure you that we are very interested in maintaining strict confidentiality of your information and that no personal information will be given to unaffiliated parties, except as stated in this policy, unless we are legally required to do so.

Retaining Your Personal Data

We will retain your data unless and until you ask us to delete this information. Limited data will be maintained indefinitely for accounting purposes, and if you attend or staff classes with us to keep a record of your achievements.

Withdrawal of consent

At any time and with reasonable notice, you have the right to withdraw consent for us to use, disclose, or collect further information about you. If the withdrawal of consent would frustrate the performance of any legal obligations, your consent may not be withdrawn.
