This is the first course of the Core Zero Balancing curriculum and introduces the intellectual and practical framework of the art and science of Zero Balancing. Core Zero Balancing teaches students to work with body structure and body energy along with a unique approach to skilled touch called Interface Touch. Students learn a 30 to 40-minute Zero Balancing protocol that allow beginners to offer Zero Balancing sessions to healthy individuals in keeping with their skills, expertise, and scope of practice.

To help you prepare and derive maximum benefit from the program, we suggest that you read Dr. Fritz Smith's book, Inner Bridges, A Guide to Energy Movement and Body Structures and Touching the Energy of Bone, available at http://shop.barralinstitute.com/Product-List/All-Products/Inner-BridgesGuide-to-Energy-Mvmnt-Body-Structure. Recommended reading includes Zero Balancing by John Hamwee, and The Alchemy of Touch by Fritz Smith, MD.
